Please ensure garments are in their original condition, unworn and with all designer tags attached to qualify for a refund or credit note.

Package Your Item
Carefully place the garment in its original packaging, ensuring all protective tissue and designer tags remain intact to prevent damage during transit.
Affix Shipping Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off & Track
Deliver your package to the designated courier drop-off point and retain your tracking receipt until your refund has been processed by our boutique team.
